If you are new to our club, you will need to create an account. Please make sure you are under the correct club when you create your account. When you create your account, you will be asked questions about yourself and your athlete. At the end, you will be asked to select the class you would like to join. You will receive a confirmation email after creating an account, and you will also receive a confirmation email when you have been approved for the class. All parents are required to have auto bill pay on file. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or E-check. Use the Create Account button below to get started!
If you have been with our club before, please login using the Parent Login button below. If you are having trouble logging into your account, please make sure you are logging in under the correct club. If you forgot your password, click on Forgot Password to receive a new one. If you have further problems, feel free to contact us. Please never create a new account! Once logged in, all you will have to do is select the class you would like to join. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been approved for the class.
Class descriptions can be found under the Programs tab at the top of this page. Generally, our preschool classes are for children between the ages of three and five. If your athlete is five years of age or older, then we recommend starting them in a Level 1 Rec class. If your athlete has previous experience or you are relocating to the area, please contact us to determine which level will be most appropriate for your athlete.
If you had to miss your regularly scheduled class time for some reason, you can always make it up! To schedule a makeup, you will need to use the Parent Login button below to log in to your account. Once logged in, you will need to select the class you would like to make up in. Once the class is selected, change the ACTIVE box to MAKE UP. You will receive a confirmation email when you are approved for the makeup class.
If there are not spots available in a class, you will not be allowed to make up in the class. If a class time says please call, this means the class is full, and you will have to find a different time to make up.
If your class time no longer works for you, or if your athlete is moved to a new level, these are the directions you should follow. Use the Parent Login button below to log in to your account. Click on Enrollments. Once under this section, click View Enrollment. In the bottom right corner, click the Transfer button. You will then be asked to select the class you would like to transfer to. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been approved for the transfer.
If for some reason your athlete no longer wishes to participate or must take a break, please use the following directions to drop your athlete from his or her class. Use the Parent Login button below to log in to your account. Click on Enrollments. Once under this section, click View Enrollment. In the bottom right corner, click the Drop button, and on the following page, click Request Drop. You will receive a confirmation email when your drop request has been approved. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE REQUIRE A THIRTY DAY DROP NOTICE FOR ALL OF OUR CLASSES.
Use the following directions if the billing information you have on file needs to be changed or updated. Use the Parent Login button below to log in to your account. Click on Payments. Once under this section, click on Managed Save Payment Information. From here, you can update your auto bill pay information. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SCROLL ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM AND CLICK ON SUBMIT PAYMENT INFORMATION! IF YOU DON'T, YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SAVED.
